What next?

Having recently finished another chainmaille hauberk, I'm considering what to do next. I'm talking to a guy I know about making a couple of hauberks for his theatrical acting group "Kulta". I also went out yesterday, and bought a plain black vest that I want to modify to become something resembling steampunk. Beeing me, I have to incorporate some form of chainmaille, prefereably in copper or bronze... We'll see what comes up. I'll let you know as soon as I know...

A small delay

Thanks to a small miscalculation on my part, I was a bit short on rings to complete my chainmaille hauberk. If not I would be finished about now, three weeks into the build. But thanks to Belrosfletcher (link to his DeviantART page below) and his enormous stock of wire in just about every alloy and gague, I will be able to finish the armor come next week. First though, I have to go to Oslo on a work related trip. If you haven't seen Belrosfletcher's work, here's his site: http://belrosfletcher.deviantart.com/

hay man ^^ cool chainmail you make : D
Thank you. I try my best, and see what comes out of it.
np man ^^

oh and what kind of iron wire do you use ? :)
I mostly use stainless steel or aluminium nowadays. The two first armours I made was with galvanised steel.

I'm also partial to bronze...
